Shaheena comes from a business background and has experience of running businesses understanding the pain points of entrepreneurs. She is an award-winning author, writing two books “Succession in Asian Family Firms” and “Championing Women Leaders” and has contributed to a number of books and publications on women in leadership. She regularly writes for Forbes on innovation and diversity and has written books on Family Firms and Women leaders. She works with governments and international organisations to prepare policy that is more impactful to businesses and leaders. Her lens on the world provide different approaches to help individuals become more confident in building strong innovative businesses. Shaheena works with a range of organisations, including entrepreneurial start-ups, NGOs and global businesses and sees her diverse set of clients as a source of innovation when helping leaders understand how to harness diversity more effectively.
