Charley Gavigan

I bring a 30-year therapeutic practice from the UK and USA charitable and social enterprise sector.

I was on the four women team that established ChildLine in Scotland and worked namely (not exhaustive) with children, young people and adults living with trauma, violence and addiction at Save the Children and Women’s Aid.

Now with Brave Your Day, I specialise in work with people experiencing problems living, namely girls/young women (11-18) and women to reduce their fear, overwhelm, anxiety to regain self-belief, to trust their voice so they can find their words and create meaning in their life experiences.

Within organisations and networks I am a connoisseur in bravery capacity building, independently reviewing longstanding services, rethinking and living braver values and culture within a company or organisation, to be a braver force for good to people, neighbours, community and the world.
