Two-time Law Award winner Philip Hannay is Managing Director of Cloch Solicitors Limited, a Scottish legal boutique specialising in business law & intellectual property, and is well-known for assisting creative entrepreneurs in generating money from ideas and artistic practice.
In addition, Philip is founder, curator and tour guide for the Lawyers Heritage Society and also currently holds positions as Honorary Secretary of Friends of Glasgow School of Art, Governor of the Baillie’s Institution, Council Member of The Stair Society, and holds senior academic appointments in the Law Schools of the Universities of Glasgow, Strathclyde and Aberdeen.
